Über den Haemovigilance WorkshopAbout the eventInformations sur l'événementInformazioni sull'evento
Im Fokus stehen die Themenbereiche Near Miss/Transfusionsfehler sowie Allo-Immunisierungen/hämolytische Transfusionsreaktionen. Neben einem Wissensaustausch ist es unser Anliegen, Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung der Transfusions- und damit Patientensicherheit zu identifizieren.
Der Workshop wird aus einer Mischung von Fachvorträgen und gemeinsamer Besprechung konkreter Beispiele aus der Haemovigilance bestehen. Fragen oder eigene Beispiele der Teilnehmenden sind herzlich willkommen!
Angesprochen sind in der Haemovigilance-tätige Personen, insbesondere aus Klinik, immunhämatologischem Labor und Qualitätssicherung. Haemovigilance-Aspekte aus der Herstellung labiler Blutprodukte stehen in diesem Workshop nicht im Fokus.
Der Workshop wurde als Vor-Ort-Veranstaltung konzipiert, denn ein weiterer, wichtiger Aspekt der Veranstaltung ist der persönliche Austausch sowie das gegenseitige Kennenlernen. Sollte Ihnen eine Teilnahme in Bern nicht möglich sein, bieten wir eine vereinfachte Online-Übertragung via Teams an. Bitte beachten Sie die Rahmenbedingungen für die Online-Teilnahme.
Administrative Informationen
Die Teilnahme am Haemovigilance Workshop ist kostenlos.
Die Referate finden in Deutsch oder Französisch statt und werden jeweils simultan in die andere Sprache (deutsch oder französisch) übersetzt (keine Übersetzung bei einer Online-Teilnahme).
Tagungsort: Welle 7 beim Hauptbahnhof Bern.
Die Swissmedic-Präsentationen werden nach der Veranstaltung auf der Swissmedic Internetseite zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein entsprechender Link wird allen Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer per Mail zugeschickt.
Alle angemeldeten Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer erhalten nach der Veranstaltung per Mail eine Teilnahmebestätigung.
Für eine Anmeldung zur Veranstaltung füllen Sie bitte pro Person ein Anmeldeformular aus.
Rahmenbedingungen für eine Online-Teilnahme
Die Online-Übertragung wird als Webinar durchgeführt (one-way nur zum Publikum).
Es ist nicht möglich, sich an Diskussionen während der Veranstaltung zu beteiligen. Fragen können via Chat-Funktion gestellt werden.
Online steht keine Simultanübersetzung zur Verfügung. Es wird nur die gesprochene Sprache der Referentin/des Referenten übertragen (Deutsch oder Französisch).
Swissmedic bietet keinen technischen Support an, sollte der Empfang bei den externen Teilnehmenden nicht funktionieren.
Mikrofone und Kameras müssen zu jederzeit ausgeschaltet sein.
Wir können nur Teilnahmebestätigungen für angemeldete Personen ausstellen, die sich mit vollem Namen (Vorname und Name) auf der Webinar-Plattform angemeldet haben.
This year’s focal topics are near misses/transfusion errors and alloimmunisations/haemolytic transfusion reactions. In addition to sharing knowledge, our aim is to identify ways to improve transfusion and thus also patient safety.
The workshop will be a mixture of specialist presentations and joint discussion of concrete examples from haemovigilance. Participants are welcome to ask questions or present examples from their own experience.
The target audience are persons working in haemovigilance, especially those in clinics, immunohaematology labs and quality assurance. Haemovigilance aspects from the production of labile blood products are not a focus of this workshop.
The workshop was designed as an on-site event, because meeting in person and getting to know one another are additional important aspects of the event. We also offer a simplified online broadcast via Teams should you be unable to join us in Bern. Please note the conditions for participating online.
Administrative information
Participation in the Haemovigilance Workshop is free of charge.
Presentations will be held in German or French, with simultaneous interpretation into the respective other language (no interpretation if participating online).
Venue: Welle 7, next to Bern main station.
The Swissmedic presentations will be made available after the event. A link will be e-mailed to all participants.
All registered participants will receive an e-mail with a certificate of participation after the event.
To register for the event, please complete one registration form per person.
Conditions for online participation
The online broadcast will be conducted as a webinar (one-way only to the audience).
It will not be possible to take part in discussions during the event. Participants will be able to ask questions via the chat function.
Simultaneous interpretation will not be available online. Only the language spoken by the presenter will be broadcast (German or French).
Swissmedic offers no technical support should external participants have reception issues.
Microphones and cameras must remain switched off at all times.
We can only issue certificates of participation for registered persons who logged onto the webinar platform with their full name (first name and last name).
Notre événement sera placé sous le signe des quasi-erreurs et erreurs transfusionnelles ainsi que des allo-immunisations et réactions transfusionnelles hémolytiques. Dans ce contexte, nous souhaitons non seulement échanger des connaissances avec vous mais aussi identifier des pistes d’améliorations possibles de la sécurité transfusionnelle et donc de celle des patientes et des patients.
Cet atelier sera décliné sous la forme à la fois de conférences spécifiques et de temps de discussions communes sur la base d’exemples concrets issus de la pratique de l’hémovigilance. Les questions et témoignages personnels des participant(e)s sont les bienvenus !
Cet atelier s’adresse à toutes les personnes travaillant dans l’hémovigilance, en particulier dans des établissements de santé, des laboratoires d’immuno-hématologie et à l’assurance-qualité. Il n’abordera pas spécifiquement les aspects de l’hémovigilance ayant trait à la fabrication de produits sanguins labiles.
Il a été conçu pour être suivi en présentiel puisqu’il accorde aussi une grande importance aux échanges personnels et à la rencontre d’autres participant(e)s. Si vous ne pouvez pas vous déplacer à Berne, nous vous proposons une solution simplifiée pour y prendre part en ligne sur Teams et vous prions dans ce cas de prendre connaissance des conditions générales de participation présentées ci-dessous.
Informations administratives
La participation à l’atelier d’hémovigilance est gratuite.
Les interventions auront lieu en français ou en allemand et bénéficieront d’une interprétation simultanée dans l’autre langue (sauf en cas de participation en ligne).
Lieu : centre commercial Welle 7, à proximité immédiate de la gare centrale de Berne.
Swissmedic mettra ses présentations à disposition à l’issue de la rencontre, en envoyant un lien par courriel à tous les participant(e)s.
Toutes les personnes inscrites recevront une attestation de participation par courriel après la tenue de l’atelier.

Conditions générales de participation en ligne
L’atelier en distanciel sera organisé sous forme de webinaire, c’est-à-dire que vous pourrez suivre l’événement mais non pas participer en direct aux discussions. Les questions pourront être posées via la fonction de messagerie instantanée (chat).
Il n’y aura pas d’interprétation simultanée en ligne et chaque intervenant parlera dans sa langue (français ou allemand).
Swissmedic ne propose aucune assistance technique à l’utilisation de la plateforme en cas de dysfonctionnement.
Les micros et autres caméras doivent être désactivés en tout temps.
Des attestations de participation ne pourront être délivrées qu’aux personnes s’étant connectées sur la plateforme du webinaire avec leur nom complet (c’est-à-dire leur nom et prénom).
Il workshop consisterà in un mix di conferenze specialistiche e discussione congiunta di esempi concreti tratti dall’emovigilanza. Domande o esempi da parte delle/dei partecipanti saranno ben accetti! Il workshop è rivolto a persone attive nell’emovigilanza, in particolare negli ambiti clinica, laboratorio di immunoematologia e assicurazione della qualità. Gli aspetti dell’emovigilanza concernenti la produzione di emoderivati labili non sono al centro di questo workshop.
Il workshop è stato concepito come evento in presenza, perché altri aspetti importanti sono lo scambio a livello personale e la conoscenza reciproca. Se non le è possibile partecipare a Berna, può seguire la trasmissione online semplificata via Teams. La preghiamo di osservare le condizioni generali per la partecipazione online.

La partecipazione al Workshop sull’emovigilanza è gratuita.
Le relazioni si svolgono in tedesco o francese e vengono tradotte simultaneamente nell’altra lingua (nessuna traduzione per la partecipazione online).

La trasmissione online è effettuata in forma di webinar (one-way solo verso il pubblico).
Non è possibile partecipare alle discussioni durante l’evento. Si possono porre domande tramite la funzione chat.
La traduzione simultanea non è disponibile online. Viene trasmessa solo la lingua parlata dalla relatrice/dal relatore (tedesco o francese).
Swissmedic non offre alcun supporto tecnico, nel caso in cui la ricezione presso le/i partecipanti esterne/i non dovesse funzionare.
Microfoni e telecamere devono restare spenti in ogni momento.
Possiamo emettere attestati di partecipazione solo per le persone registrate che si sono iscritte con il nome completo (nome e cognome) sulla piattaforma webinar.
